Here at the society we believe in using the best ingredients that are as pure and minimally processed.

We are focused on using Organic, non-gmo, sustainably produced ingredients. From our High protein flours, Dark rye’s, whole wheat, and coming soon Glutten free flours- we ensure they are unbleached and non-bromated.

Our artisan breads are made with natural honey, organic, fine granulated, and minimally processed sugar. We use grass-fed organic butter for the majority of our breads, but the society will not use any butters below the USDA AA grade.
